Stretching?

pk-runner-red:

So as I’m training I’ve been using a lot of my track stretches, dynamic before, and static after, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders,triceps, quads etc but I’m not sure if that’s cutting it.


What are some stretches you guys like or exercises that have worked for you to improve flexibility?

Have you tried yoga stretches? those help a lot with few minutes every day.
